Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Traffic Management Key Account Manager to lead our client relationships and drive strategic growth within the traffic management sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and delivering tailored traffic solutions that meet our clients’ needs. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will help foster long-term partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction and expanding our market presence.
Duties
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their traffic management needs and providing innovative solutions.
- Support the safe, efficient, and budget-compliant execution of contracts.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the growth and sustainability of Streetwise.
- Ensure all documentation and administration are completed accurately and to a high standard.
Requirements
- Experience within the traffic management industry is essential, with a working knowledge of health and safety and the Chapter 8 requirements.
- Good understanding of Traffic Management equipment and site requirements.
- Business acumen.
- Client focused.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to engage clients confidently and persuasively.
- Experience using CRM platforms for pipeline management and reporting.
- Leadership qualities that inspire team collaboration and drive results in a competitive environment.
