Chef de Partie – Join Our Growing Kitchen Team
Elfordleigh Hotel, Golf & Leisure is an independent, family-run 3-star hotel, golf course and leisure centre located in Plympton, Plymouth, in the beautiful South West of England.
We are currently undergoing an exciting period of investment and refurbishment, with an ambitious vision to elevate Elfordleigh to a 4-star standard of accommodation and service, while retaining the warm, relaxed and welcoming experience that our guests and members know and love.
We are now looking for a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who takes pride in their work, enjoys a varied and busy environment, and is passionate about creating high-quality food and memorable experiences for our guests.
As a Chef de Partie, you will play an important role in supporting our food and beverage operations across the hotel, working alongside our kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards. You will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas, develop your skills and be part of an exciting journey as we continue to grow and improve the business.
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for cooking and delivering high-quality food
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role
- Good knowledge of food preparation, presentation and kitchen standards
- A positive attitude and strong team spirit
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy kitchen environment
- A commitment to high standards of food hygiene and safety
- Someone who takes pride in creating an excellent guest experience
The Role & Benefits
- Full-time position – 40 hours per week
