Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Pub Cleaner to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring our pub is clean, hygienic, safe, and welcoming for our customers and staff. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures
- Ensure restrooms are hygienic and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Dispose of waste responsibly and maintain recycling protocols where applicable
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with organisational policies
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is advantageous but not essential
- Good communication skills in English, enabling clear understanding of instructions and effective interaction with team members and clients
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within set timeframes
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities and punctuality
