Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, high-performing Direct Sales Representative with a strong background in home improvements and building.

This is a customer-facing, B2C direct sales role in customers’ homes.
Direct Sales experience is essential.
Retail or office-based sales experience alone will not be suitable for this position.
We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in closing high-value home improvement or building contracts.
The Role
You will attend pre-confirmed appointments with homeowners across the West Midlands to:
- Discuss customers’ building and refurbishment aspirations
- Assess project feasibility and understand budget expectations
- Work within a pricing matrix and costing sheets
- Present detailed quotations and project plans
- Offer finance solutions where appropriate
- Close sales and secure signed contracts
You will be selling our fully managed, turnkey home improvement solutions — from concept to completion.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a high-calibre professional with:
- Minimum 5+ years’ proven sales experience
- Demonstrable success in Extensions / Garage/ Loft Conversions
- Strong understanding of building regulations and planning basics
- Experience pricing larger residential projects
- Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Confidence presenting in customers’ homes
- Self-motivation and target-driven mindset
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
