We need a team member with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a drive to consistently exceed expectations—essential qualities that help us maintain the high level of service our clients have come to rely on.
As a Sign Maker/Fitter, you’ll be involved in a variety of projects from the initial concept to the final production. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with team members and clients, assembling signs from scratch, printing, plotting, weeding, and fitting. In our small team environment, versatility is valuable, but the primary focus will be on your fitting skills since we can provide training in other areas.
A positive mindset and enthusiasm for teamwork are absolute musts. We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence!
**Job Requirements**
- Availability to work Mon-Fri from 9 am to 5:30 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break
- Ability to thrive both in a team setting and independently
- Confidence in fitting all aspects of signage
- Capability to perform well under pressure
- Strong multitasking skills for handling several projects simultaneously
- Comfort with constructive feedback
- Problem-solving abilities
Please note that we do not undertake fits outside of Scotland, and we rarely travel more than an hour away, meaning there are no overnight stays involved.
**YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:**
- MUST be confident in fitting window graphics and signage
- MUST possess a valid driving license
- MUST have a minimum of 1 year of experience in signage
