Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products and providing detailed information to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Support the sales team in achieving targets through effective client engagement and follow-up
- Negotiate prices and terms with clients to secure favourable agreements while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Manage B2B sales relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and account development
- Drive company vehicles as needed for client visits or product deliveries, adhering to all safety regulations
- Maintain organised records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using IT systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of sales processes and meet organisational objectives
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to enhance sales effectiveness
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within B2B environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM software and MS Office applications
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
- Exceptional organisational skills and time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues

Pay: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
