Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office experience and strong computer skills to support daily administrative operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment through efficient clerical support and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in digital formats
- Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks to enhance overall productivity
Qualifications
- Proven office experience or administrative experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

The working days will include Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9AM-5PM.
