Warehouse Colleague Opportunity – Wellingborough

Our warehouse operates around the clock—excluding Christmas Day —ensuring shelves are stocked and orders are fulfilled efficiently, thanks to advanced technology and strong team spirit.
- Location: Coop, Wellingborough
- Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Base rate: £12.71 per hour, with additional premiums: Nights (+£2.46 per hour), Weekends (+£1.76 per hour)
- Picking, moving, and tracking stock—sometimes using Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and sometimes by hand
- Utilising digital tools to manage orders efficiently
- Maintaining a safe, tidy, and timely warehouse environment
- Supporting fellow team members to achieve collective goals
- Experience is welcome, but not required—we provide comprehensive training
- Reliable, eager to learn, and ready for a challenge
- Strong team player
- Days: 04:00–12:00 or 06:00–14:00, any 5 days out of 7 (as per company rota) or Sunday to Thursday
- Backs: 12-20.00 or 14:00–22:00, any 5 days out of 7 (as per company rota) or Tuesday-Saturday
- Full-time- working 50% weekends
