Job Description:
We’re looking for someone to join our kitchen team over the summer period (July & August) to support weekend service.
This role is ideal for someone off school or college for the summer, a student looking for holiday work, or anyone wanting extra weekend shifts.
You’ll play an important part in keeping service running smoothly by helping with washing up, keeping the kitchen clean and organised, supporting chefs with basic kitchen tasks and making sure everything is ready for busy service periods.
Main responsibilities include:
- Washing dishes, cookware and kitchen equipment
- Keeping kitchen areas clean and tidy throughout service
- Assisting with basic kitchen prep when required
- Helping maintain food hygiene and safety standards
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy periods
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Reliable and able to work weekends throughout July and August
- Previous kitchen experience is helpful but not essential
- Ideal for someone local and available for evening and weekend shifts
