Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced front of house member to join our coffee shop team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone experienced in the hospitality industry looking for their next challenge. This role involves supporting our baristas during service, serving customers, and ensuring smooth operation during busy weekends.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, with high standards for service, cleanliness, and presentation. Previous experience in an independent coffee shop is essential.

Duties
- Deliver excellent customer service, and serve bakes with high attention to detail
- Ensure the shop is clean and organised at all times; clearing tables, washing up, and keeping stations organised
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop in compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customers are served quickly
- Follow all health and safety procedures to uphold hygiene standards
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in a very fast paced coffee shop environment
- Ability to operate a POS
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a tight knit team
- Passion for bakeries and delivering high-quality products and service
- Coffee experience will greatly help your application
