About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Continuous Improvement Engineer Apprentice to support performance and efficiency across our manufacturing site. Working with Projects, Technical, Production, and Engineering teams, you will help identify, prioritise, and deliver improvement initiatives that drive reliability and reduce waste.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, track, and prioritise continuous improvement opportunities
- Collect and analyse data to support decision-making
- Support the design and implementation of process improvements
- Maintain systems to log and communicate CI ideas and progress
- Engage teams across site to drive participation in CI initiatives
- Attend and support CI forums (SIC, TPM, PI meetings)
- Liaise with suppliers and support new technology initiatives
- Ensure all activities are carried out safely and in line with site standards

- Strong interest in engineering or manufacturing
- Analytical, organised, and detail-focused
- Confident communicator and team player
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Positive attitude towards changes and continuous improvement
