The City Restaurant on Nicolson Street, is looking for friendly and enthusiastic Front of House team members to join us. We’re looking for people who take pride in providing warm, attentive service and helping to create a welcoming dining experience for every customer.
The role includes:
● Welcoming and looking after customers throughout their visit
● Taking and processing food and drink orders accurately
● Serving food and beverages
● Processing payments and handling transactions
● Liaising with the kitchen and wider team to ensure smooth service
● Responding to customer enquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner
● Helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
● Working together as a team to ensure every customer enjoys their experience
What we’re looking for:
● Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred
● An understanding of food safety regulations is an advantage
● A friendly, positive attitude and a genuine interest in good customer service
● The ability to work well as part of a team in a busy restaurant environment
● Good attention to detail, particularly when taking orders and processing payments
