Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable, organised and hard-working person to join our roastery team in Wandsworth Town.
This role is focused on preparing and packing coffee orders for our wholesale customers and ensuring everything leaves the roastery accurately, efficiently and to a high standard.
Main Responsibilities
- Receiving customer orders and entering them onto our system
- Preparing coffee bags, labels and shipping paperwork
- Packing and boxing coffee orders ready for courier collection
- Printing courier shipping labels
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised packing area
- Assisting with cleaning the coffee roaster and general roastery upkeep
- Receiving and organising deliveries
- Communicating with customers regarding order confirmations and delivery timelines
- Managing stock levels of labels and packaging materials and notifying the team when reordering is needed
- Completing local café deliveries using the company vehicle
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years (essential)
- Experience driving medium-sized vans would be highly beneficial

- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisation and time management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Eligible to work in the UK
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Typically 8am – 4pm
- Friday mornings are usually focused on local deliveries
