Responsibilities:-
We are looking for experienced Care Home Managers for our care homes in Berkshire & Surrey, who can manage all aspects of Care Home, managing and supporting carer's team, managing health and safety and people management within a care environment.
Must be RGN (Registered General Nurse) and have management experience, have experience of working in a care environment and/or working with people who have a learning disability/specialist/complex needs/behaviours that may challenge.
Good communication skills, a common-sense approach, be able to work on their own initiative after completion of an extensive induction.
An ability to build positive relationships with service users and colleagues
An excellent team player who can also work on your own initiative
Approachable, positive and polite.
Salary range £60k - £70k but negotiable depending on experience.
