ROLE: Plumber

We're looking for a Plumber to deliver varying plumbing repairs and projects. This role will also include the multi-trade requirement for the completion of reactive helpdesk and PPM work orders.
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver varying plumbing repairs and projects, including reactive helpdesk and PPM work orders.
Carry out repairs and maintenance to building fabric, including minor repair and maintenance of tiling, walls and ceilings.
Complete remedial minor building works following PPM activities completed by other service lines.
Undertake painting and decorating projects, flooring repairs and new installations, basic plastering, plumbing repairs across site, stock management of site consumables, and relocation or removal of furniture.
Host sub-contractors, liaise with internal customers, the client and engineers at all levels, and deliver service with pride.
Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
Qualified to a C&G or NVQ in a fabric trade, such as carpentry, painting and decorating, etc.
Previous experience of working as a Fabric Technician.
Strong customer service experience with the ability to be proactive and identify opportunities.
Experience of PDA or iPad technology for reporting and completion of jobs is essential, as this forms part of the process to complete and sign off each job.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a complex working environment, with flexibility to work out of hours and at weekends.
