Carpenter (First & Second Fix) – High-End Residential | Chelsea & Knightsbridge | Immediate Start
London Projects is a Chartered Construction Company based in Westminster, specialising in high-end residential projects across premier London postcodes including Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Chelsea.
We are recruiting experienced, fully qualified Carpenters for immediate starts across our active projects in Chelsea and Knightsbridge.
Key Responsibilities
- First fix carpentry, including hoarding and temporary works
- Second fix carpentry using high-specification materials (including oak)
- High-quality finishing work to the highest possible standards on luxury residential schemes
Essential Requirements
- Fully qualified Carpenter (trade apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2/3)
- Proven experience on high-end / luxury residential projects
- Ability to consistently deliver work to the highest possible standards
- Excellent communication and site teamwork skills
- Own tools and transport preferred
- Right to work in the UK
