Key Responsibilities
- Deliver routine nursing care including wound care, ECGs, and cervical smears
- Provide immunisations (routine, childhood, travel, flu)
- Manage long-term conditions including asthma, COPD, Mental Health, and diabetes
- Undertake health promotions
- Maintain accurate clinical records and support quality improvement
- Identify and respond to safeguarding, mental health, and community care needs
- Maintain high levels of IPC
About the Practice
- Multidisciplinary team including GPs, ANP, HCA's, Paramedic, and support staff
- Strong focus on teamwork, patient care, and staff wellbeing
Person Specification
Essential:
- Registered Nurse (NMC)
- Experience working in a GP practice
- Strong clinical and IT skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience within a long term condition would be extremely desirable

Pay: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
