About This Role
We're looking for compassionate, reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated team, providing person-centred care for a gentleman in his 50s with complex clinical needs in his family home.
He enjoys spending time in the community, making memories with loved ones, and relaxing with audiobooks and the radio. Your support will help him continue enjoying the activities he loves while promoting his independence, comfort, and quality of life.
As part of his care team, you'll provide high-quality clinical care, assist with personal care and daily living, and support community outings and meaningful activities. You'll also build a positive, trusting relationship with our client and his family, ensuring safe, consistent, and compassionate care.

Clinical Experience
Previous exposure to supporting adults with complex clinical needs is essential.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Have a minimum of 3 months' paid experience working in a professional care setting within the UK.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Be committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.
- Be willing to complete client-specific clinical training where required.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence.
