Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers to join our team. Duties
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials using appropriate equipment
- Preparing work sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and materials
- Supporting skilled tradespeople with their tasks as required
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work area throughout shifts
- Moving supplies and equipment to designated locations within the site
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during operations
- Participating in site inspections and reporting any hazards or issues promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manual labour or construction is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks over extended periods
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions carefully
- Reliable with a strong commitment to safety standards
- Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manual labour environment
