We are excited to be hiring a new team member at the Cash Hub in Stonehouse and are looking for friendly, reliable individuals to join the team.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a new service supporting the local community, providing essential banking services.
About the Role
This is a customer-focused position combining both:
Counter Clerk Duties
- Handling cash transactions (deposits & withdrawals)
- Supporting customers with everyday banking needs
- Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and security procedures are followed
Meet & Greet Duties
- Welcoming customers into the hub
- Providing general assistance and ensuring a positive experience
You will be expected to carry out both aspects of the role as required.
Contract & Hours
- 2 to 3 full days of 9am-5pm between Mon-Fri
- Initial 3-month fixed-term contract (while the hub is established)
- Hours will be discussed at interview stage based on availability and hub needs
Pay

- Strong customer service skills
- Confidence working with cash handling / transactions
- Good communication and a friendly, approachable manner
- Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team
- Previous banking, retail, or customer-facing experience is desirable
