Are you an experienced early years professional with a love for child-led learning? Osbaldwick Montessori in York is seeking various early years practitioner roles to join our small, passionate team.
We are a warm, community-focused setting committed to the Montessori philosophy, where every child is nurtured as a capable, independent learner. Our toddler room is calm, caring, and designed to spark curiosity – and we’re looking for someone special to lead it.
The Role:
As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will:
- Support all children in a calm, purposeful setting
- Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences rooted in Montessori principles
- Encourage independence, confidence, and curiosity in every child
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
About You:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Essential)
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- A calm, nurturing approach and strong communication skills
- Interest in Montessori philosophy (Montessori training is a plus but not essential)

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary £27,040 – £31,200 per year (depending on experience / qualifications / Role)
