We’re looking for compassionate, resilient, and CPI-trained Support Workers to join our team in Birmingham. You’ll support adults with mental health challenges and complex behaviours in a lively, supported living environment. If you’re quick-thinking, calm under pressure, and passionate about person-centred care, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Use your CPI skills to de-escalate challenging situations safely
- Deliver personal care with empathy and respect
- Help individuals with daily living tasks and routines
- Administer medication confidently and keep accurate records
- Spot triggers, respond calmly, and provide one-to-one support
- Encourage independence, confidence, and wellbeing every day
What You Bring:
- At least 3 months’ experience supporting adults with mental health needs in the UK
- Current CPI certification and confident de-escalation skills
- Competence in medication administration
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Ability to work independently, including lone shifts
- Enhanced DBS (preferably on Update Service)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
