Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Online Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is for a live seller who will be required to sell products live on tiktok and other sites. Candidates must be friendly, polite and able to engage an audience and keep them entertained. You will be required to show products live on camera and encourage viewers to buy the item.
Hours can be flexible and work around children, split days can also be arranged. Weekend over time always available. Pay will be higher than min wage with bonuses acheivable.

Duties
- prepare items pre show
- keep a good track of sales figures
- good organisation to keep track of stock
- create your own community of buyers
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any order discrepancies.
- Organise schedules and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Support the team with general administrative duties as required, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales administration or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- A good friendly personality is essential
- Good computer literacy across various platforms and IT systems.
- Ability to work independently whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrable organisational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities.
