Talent Acquisition Partner – Data Centres

ROA Talent is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with Data Centre experience to join one of our key clients on a dedicated secondment.
This isn’t a traditional agency recruitment role. You’ll be embedded within the client’s Talent Acquisition team, working directly with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to help deliver hiring across their growing Data Centre portfolio.
We’re looking for someone who knows the Data Centre talent market, can build credibility quickly and is comfortable owning recruitment from brief through to hire.
What you’ll be doing
- Partnering directly with Hiring Managers and the internal TA team.
- Managing vacancies end-to-end, from briefing through to offer.
- Proactively sourcing and engaging Data Centre talent.
- Building strong pipelines across key project and technical disciplines.
- Advising stakeholders on talent availability and market conditions.
- Keeping recruitment moving and delivering a great candidate experience.
- Becoming a trusted, embedded extension of the client’s team.
What we’re looking for
- Data Centre OR Construction recruitment experience.
- Experience recruiting within the Data Centre sector OR Construction in EU Market
- Strong sourcing and talent-mapping capability.
- Confidence working directly with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, delivery-focused approach — someone who can hit the ground running.
- Manchester-based is preferred, although we’re open to strong candidates elsewhere in the UK.
