Business Support – Carterton
OQEMA are one of the leading chemical distribution companies for commodities and specialities within Europe and we are currently looking for an experienced Business Support professional to join our sales support team based in Carterton, Oxfordshire. Working within the chemical sales industry, we are looking for candidates who have high level of attention to detail and accuracy, along with telephone skills.
The role will involve;
- Provide outstanding customer service to our customers by email and telephone
- Inputting and processing sales orders
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Coordination of samples, dispatch, recording and follow up
- Manage the administrative sales order process dealing with customer PO’s, order input, order confirmations and shipment updates
- Manage the customer after-sales process
- Monitor market trends (pricing and developments)
- Analyse customer order patterns and forecast
- Co-ordinate quotes with the supporting sales pack
- Work closely with the Sales Manager’s to ensure the end-to-end sales process runs smoothly for the customer
- Ensure compliance with Company, national and international legislation and statutory law (within reason)
Based on our office, working Monday to Friday, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package. The position is required to be fulfilled immediately within our friendly team.
