- Supporting clients with mobility and daily routines.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Safeguarding clients by recognising and reporting concerns.
- Responding appropriately in emergencies and administering basic first aid where required.
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting any changes in a client's wellbeing.
- Working closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Caring, compassionate, and dependable.
- A good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Honest, trustworthy, and committed to providing high-quality care.
- Passionate about helping others live independently.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in home care, residential care, assisted living, or hospice care is desirable but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support.
