Are you ready to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life? At United Support Services we don’t just provide care – we help people live their lives to the fullest. We are proud to embed Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Active Support approaches into everything we do.
We’re looking for compassionate, curious, and driven individuals to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional support to people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
What Makes Us Different?
A Positive Behaviour Support Approach: You’ll work with a Behaviour analyst who supports our team to understand why individuals may display challenging behaviours. Together, we’ll uncover the meaning behind behaviours and create opportunities for people to thrive.
Person-Centred Care: No two days are the same. You’ll support individuals in achieving their goals – whether it’s attending college, volunteering, learning new skills, or enjoying activities like swimming, cycling, or spending time with loved ones.
Tailored Training: With high-quality training and regular 1:1 supervisions, we’ll support you every step of the way. Whether you’re new to care or looking to grow your career, we’re here to help.
What We’re Looking For
We want people who are:
Curious about the why behind behaviours and eager to explore how you can support to improve someone’s quality of life.
Compassionate and deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of others.
Empowered to bring their unique strengths and interests to the role, helping the people we support to develop their own skills and confidence.
