The Role
As the first smile our patients see, you will play an essential role in creating an exceptional patient journey from the very first contact.
You'll be responsible for:
- Welcoming patients with warmth, professionalism and genuine care.
- Managing a busy appointment diary efficiently.
- Supporting patients face-to-face, over the telephone and via email.
- Delivering a true concierge-style service.
- Working closely with our clinical team to ensure every patient receives a seamless experience.
- Processing payments and assisting with administrative duties.
- Supporting practice growth through exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Has previous dental reception experience (preferred).
- Has experience using Dentally or another dental practice management system such as SOE or R4.
- Loves building relationships with patients.
- Has exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- Is positive, proactive and thrives in a busy environment.
- Takes pride in delivering a genuine five-star patient experience.
- Enjoys working as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
- Has excellent attention to detail and can confidently multitask.
- Wants a long-term career with opportunities to learn, develop and progress.
