About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Flat Roofing Operative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in installing, repairing, and maintaining flat roofing systems to a high standard, while working safely and efficiently on a variety of commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain a range of flat roofing systems, mainly cold-applied liquid systems.
- Work safely at height while following all health and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and site managers.
- Complete work within agreed timescales while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Essential Requirements:
- Preston based or nearby surrounding areas to team up with existing employees.
- Proven experience as a Flat Roofing Operative.
- Competent in one or more liquid roofing systems.
- Good understanding of roofing materials, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
- Valid UK driving licence.
Desirable Qualifications:
- PASMA and/or IPAF certification. This can be provided to the right candidate.
- Experience supervising or leading small teams.
- Experience of laying bituminous felt roofing systems.
