Job Overview

Duties
- Assist with daily branch operations, including customer service, administrative tasks, and sales activities
- Support senior managers in supervising staff and ensuring team productivity
- Participate in training programmes focused on leadership, management techniques, and organisational procedures
- Contribute to the development and implementation of branch strategies to meet business objectives
- Help organise team meetings, training sessions, and community engagement activities
- Analyse branch performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Engage with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Take on progressively increased responsibilities as part of the management development pathway
Qualifications
- Previous supervising or leadership experience is desirable but not essential; a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are key
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated management potential with a focus on team development and motivation
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and solve problems efficiently
- A recognised qualification in business management or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory
- A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential; willingness to travel between branches as required
