We're looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Bar Person to join our busy and welcoming team in Tewkesbury.

The Role
As a member of our bar team, you'll play a key part in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You'll be responsible for delivering excellent service while maintaining high standards behind the bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Providing friendly, efficient customer service.
- Taking food and drink orders where required.
- Operating the till and handling payments accurately.
- Keeping the bar clean, organised and fully stocked.
- Following licensing laws and Challenge 25 procedures.
- Assisting with opening and closing duties.
- Working closely with the restaurant team to ensure a smooth service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
- A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- A reliable, hardworking and flexible approach.
- The ability to remain calm during busy periods.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
