EHV Structures Ltd is a fast-growing engineering and construction business delivering specialist structural steelwork and high-voltage infrastructure projects throughout the UK.
As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment & Development Coordinator to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment, learning and development, and people coordination. Previous experience isn’t essential—we’re looking for the right attitude, strong organisational skills and someone who genuinely enjoys working with people.
This is a fully remote role, so you can be based anywhere in the UK. You’ll work closely with our management team through video calls, telephone and online collaboration tools, with occasional travel for team meetings or company events if required.
The Role
You’ll play a key part in helping us attract, recruit and develop great people across the business.
Working closely with our management team, your responsibilities will include:
Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms.
Reviewing applications and communicating with candidates.
Arranging interviews and coordinating the recruitment process.
Supporting managers throughout the hiring process.
Welcoming new starters and coordinating their onboarding.
Organising inductions and ensuring new employees have everything they need from day one.
Coordinating training courses, qualifications and refresher training.
Maintaining training records and monitoring upcoming renewals.
Helping to organise company development programmes and career progression.
Liaising with training providers and booking courses.
Supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Assisting with general people administration and maintaining accurate personnel records.
Continuously looking for ways to improve our recruitment and onboarding processes.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Has excellent organisational and communication skills.
Enjoys working with people and building relationships.
Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
Has a positive, proactive attitude.
Can manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Has excellent attention to detail.
Is professional, approachable and reliable.
Is eager to learn and develop.
No previous recruitment or HR experience is required. Full training will be provided for the right person.
