Sales Progressor
Location: Melton Mowbray - Hybrid
We are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join our busy sales team in Melton Mowbray. This is a vital role that ensures agreed property sales progress smoothly and efficiently from offer acceptance through to legal completion.
As the central point of contact throughout the sales process, you will liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to manage the sales pipeline, proactively resolve issues, and keep all parties fully informed. Your ability to build strong relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and drive transactions forward will be key to your success.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, customer-focused, and committed to achieving successful outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of residential property sales from offer acceptance through to completion.
- Act as the main point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction.
- Liaise regularly with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor transaction progress and identify potential obstacles at an early stage.
- Proactively resolve issues and keep sales moving forward to agreed timescales.
- Provide regular updates to clients and colleagues, ensuring excellent communication throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems effectively.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive client experience at every stage.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience as a Sales Progressor or Conveyancing Assistant.
- Strong understanding of the residential sales and conveyancing process.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and prioritise a busy workload.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.
- Strong IT and administrative skills.
