We are looking for an additional team member to join our workforce team.
About you
We want people with the right attitude, who share our values and purpose and will fit into our team and enhance it even more. You will need some technical skills and knowledge too.
Previous experience of working in a busy office environment and responding to customers is essential, along with experience of working with sensitive and confidential information and the ability to prioritise tasks and work towards defined deadlines.
The role will suit someone who has completed or is currently studying for their Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualification or is looking to take the next step in their HR career and begin working towards their CIPD qualification.

About the role
You will work closely with operational teams and managers to ensure people management approaches are embedded within the day-to-day delivery of services including recruitment, induction, performance management and absence.
This role will be working from home for part of the week.
