Job Title: Children's Complex Care Assistant

We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Children’s Complex Care Assistants caring for a little boy in the NG8 area of Nottingham. We have day and night shifts available.
At YorHealth, we provide a nurse-led complex care service for children and adults in the community, which includes 24-hour care. Our complex care assistants accompany clients to nursery, school, and hospital when required.
Our clients have a range of complex health needs, and we prioritise them in all decision-making processes. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
We are seeking someone who is:
- Warm, friendly, and passionate about the wellbeing of young people, with a caring and patient disposition.
- Knowledgeable about the developmental and educational needs of children and young people.
- Experienced in suctioning, tracheostomies, administering medications, and supporting children with autism.
- Holding an NVQ Level 2 or higher in a relevant field is desirable.

Experience:
- Paediatric care: 1 year (preferred)
- Complex care: 1 year (preferred)
- Experience with suctioning, tracheostomies, medications, and autism (preferred)
