Hours: 12 to 18 hours a week (negotiable) over 2–3 days, working either 9:20am–4:10pm or 10:20am–5:10pm (6‑hour shifts). Days are flexible across Monday to Saturday trading. Additional hours may be available following training and potential shifts in our other store in Blackwood.
Role Overview: We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, engaging and friendly individual to provide attentive and efficient customer service to both Sales and Buying customers. The role involves retail sales, valuing items, negotiating purchases from customers, and selecting stock suitable for online listing.
Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers to sell our stock
- Negotiating prices to purchase items from customers
- Replenishing stock and maintaining high standards of merchandising and housekeeping
- Selecting incoming stock for sale on the internet; listing and managing live listings
Key skills and competencies
- Strong influencing and negotiating ability
- Confident selling skills (formal training an advantage)

- Minimum one year Retail or Sales experience
