The Boiler Repair Man is a friendly, family-run heating and boiler repair company looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to help keep our busy office running smoothly.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing engineers’ diaries and scheduling appointments.
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries.
- Preparing and sending invoices.
- Processing customer payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Organising paperwork and maintaining office filing systems.
- Ordering office supplies when required.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and engineers.
- Assisting with general administration and the day-to-day running of the office.
- Updating customer records and ensuring information is accurate.
- Supporting the business owner with additional administrative tasks as required.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Friendly, professional and confident speaking with customers.
- Able to work independently and use their initiative.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and email systems.
- Experienced in administration or office management (preferred but not essential).
- Able to multitask in a busy environment with excellent attention to detail.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
