Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of goods and materials.
- Loading and unloading of lorries, ensuring accurate stock management.
- picking and packing orders accurately for dispatch.
- Conduct regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Build pallets and prepare items for shipping as required.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- May be required to do customer deliveries in a van
- Unloading returned products
- Thorough checking of returned products
- follow returns strict returns processes / policies
- Test returned products for faults
- Reporting of non conformances
Experience
- Must have a full drivers licence (21 years old)
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with materials handling techniques and best practices.
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and mechanical tasks.
