Warehouse Operative – Full-Time, Permanent Opportunity
£13.50 per hour | Paid weekly | Monday–Friday | No nights | No zero-hours contracts

Atlantic Shopping is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our friendly, close-knit team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable being active throughout the working day, can work at a good pace, and is looking for a stable job with the opportunity to build a long-term career.
What you'll be doing
This is a physical warehouse role, and your day will include:
- Loading and unloading containers and lorries, including items weighing up to 25kg
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Preparing mail orders for dispatch
- Moving stock around the warehouse
- Checking and tracking inventory
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
- Working as part of a team to make sure orders are completed correctly and on time
Please note: this is a physically demanding role. You will be lifting, carrying and moving stock regularly throughout your shift.
We're looking for someone who
- Is physically fit and comfortable regularly lifting up to 25kg
- Is reliable and turns up ready to work
- Can work efficiently without cutting corners
- Has good attention to detail when picking and packing orders
- Can follow instructions and warehouse procedures
- Has good written and spoken English
- Has a positive, helpful "can-do" attitude
- Works well as part of a small team
- Is looking for a job they can commit to long term
Previous warehouse experience is an advantage, but it isn't essential. We will provide full training for the right person.

What we offer

- Start between 9:00am and 10:00am
- Finish at 5:30pm Monday–Thursday and 5:00pm Friday
- Guaranteed full-time hours
- No zero-hours contract
- No night shifts
