Job Title: Night Casino Security Guard
Location: Be Lucky Casino, Gloucester
Shifts: Saturday and Sunday Night, 23:00 – 07:00
Position: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
Challenge 25 Enforcement
- Enforce the Challenge 25 policy by checking ID for any customer appearing under 25.
- Verify identification documents according to legal and company guidelines.
Regular Patrols
- Carry out frequent patrols of the casino floor to deter antisocial behaviour.
- Address disturbances professionally and report incidents to management.
Machine & Property Monitoring
- Watch for damage or misuse of gaming machines and property.
- Report any faults or suspicious activity involving machines or staff.
Banned List Enforcement
- Check the banned list and prevent entry of prohibited individuals.
- Stay familiar with names and faces on the list.
Managing Intoxicated Patrons
- Refuse entry to visibly intoxicated individuals.
- Work with staff to manage intoxicated or disruptive customers.
Team Liaison & Customer Support
- Maintain strong communication with casino staff.
- Support staff in handling disputes or incidents.
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
- Previous security or customer service experience (preferred)
- Calm, professional, and observant
- Good communication and conflict resolution skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
