168 Training Limited is seeking experienced and enthusiastic security professionals to join our expanding training team.
With increasing demand surrounding the Protect Duty (Martyn's Law), counter-terrorism preparedness and security qualifications, we are looking to appoint associate trainers with strong operational backgrounds.
Essential Requirements:
- Recognised teaching qualification (Level 3 Award in Education & Training or equivalent).
- Experience delivering SIA security qualifications and/or protective security training.
- Current or previous registration as a tutor with recognised awarding organisations such as Highfield, SFJ Awards, NOCN, Qualsafe or similar.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to training locations when required.
Desirable Experience:
- Former Police Officers, Counter Terrorism Policing personnel, CTSA staff or military personnel with protective security experience.
- Experience delivering Door Supervisor training, Spectator Safety qualifications, Counter Terrorism Awareness programmes, Protect Duty workshops and emergency planning exercises.
- IQA qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
- Experience within crowded places, events, transport or critical infrastructure environments.
Pay: £20.00-£35.00 per hour
