Bank/flexible cover—no set days or times
Shifts are available across school holidays, weekdays and weekends, including occasional Sundays.
(Full-time and perm opportunities may be available for the right person.)

About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed bank staff to join our team, supporting children and young people with additional needs, disabilities, or life-limiting conditions.
This is a rewarding role where you will be able to choose shifts that suit your availability, providing valuable support when demand increases, during peak periods or when permanent staff require cover.
You will help support planned activities that build confidence, encourage social interaction, and promote independence. No two sessions are the same, and every shift makes a real difference to the children and families who attend.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to children and young people with additional needs and disabilities, in line with Level 3 expectations.
- Support inclusive play, learning, and social-based sessions.
- Encourage personal, social, and emotional development.
- Work closely with families, listening and responding with sensitivity and respect.
- Ensure safety and wellbeing at all times, following safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
- Help to create a welcoming and supportive environment for children, young people, and families.
About You
- Qualified to Level 3 in Childcare, Early Years, Playwork, Health and Social Care, Youth Work (or equivalent).
- Experience of working with children or young people (experience with additional needs desirable).
- Patient, kind, and proactive approach.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
