Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, and ensuring smooth communication within the organisation. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing enquiries appropriately
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating office events
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes by processing invoices and tracking expenses
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Support administrative projects by gathering information, preparing documents, and providing general assistance to team members
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy, organised, and welcoming for staff and visitors
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and QuickBooks
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy for data entry tasks
- Strong administrative experience with attention to detail
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members
