Gentle Hands Healthcare Ltd is looking for an experienced and ambitious Regional Care Manager to join our senior leadership team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing Care at Home provider, leading operations, developing services, and supporting the continued expansion of the business.
Based at our Head Office in Fife, you will oversee multiple services, lead a workforce of over 60 employees, and work closely with the Directors to deliver operational excellence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Care at Home operations across multiple services.
- Manage and develop a workforce of 60+ employees.
- Drive quality, compliance, and operational performance.
- Lead recruitment, staff development, and retention.
- Support business growth and the development of new services.
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, Care Inspectorate, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Use Care Management systems to monitor performance and improve service delivery.
Essential Requirements
- Proven management experience within Care at Home services in the UK.
- Previous experience as a Regional Care Manager, Care Manager, or Registered Manager.
- Experience managing large teams and multiple services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards and UK care legislation.
- Experience using Care Management software.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
What We Offer
- £45,000 – £55,000 per year (depending on experience).

Pay: £45,000.00-£550,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kirkcaldy, Fife: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- UK Care at Home management: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- SVQ Level 4/5 (Health & Social Care Leadership) (required)
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)

- United Kingdom (required)
