Greenscapes Maintenance Ltd are looking for a reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team carrying out commercial grounds maintenance across Glasgow and surrounding areas.
Greenscapes Maintenance Ltd is a commercial grounds maintenance company based in Blantyre, serving property factors, housing associations, and commercial property managers across Glasgow, the Central Belt, South Lanarkshire, and the West Coast. We operate across a portfolio of long-term contracted sites. We're a small, professional team and we take pride in the standard of work we deliver across every site.
The role involves maintaining housing developments, commercial sites and managed outdoor spaces to a high standard throughout the season.
Duties Include:
- Grass cutting and strimming
- Hedge and shrub maintenance
- Weed control and general grounds upkeep
- Litter picking and site tidying
- Use of pedestrian mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters and other equipment
- Working as part of a small team across multiple sites daily
- Carrying out work safely and to a professional standard

- Reliable and hard-working attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good timekeeping and attention to detail
- Comfortable using gardening machinery
- Driving licence preferred
