We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Trainee to join our growing team in Hall & Pickles, we are a family owned Steel Stockholder.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Learning how our business operates, from products and services to customer relationships
- Supporting the sales team with enquiries, quotes, and order processing
- Building your knowledge of our market, products, and customer needs
- Developing communication and negotiation skills through real client interactions
- Working towards your own sales targets with guidance and training
What We’re Looking For:
- Confident, articulate communicator
- Eager to learn with a positive, proactive attitude
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and on your own initiative
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems)
