Mainty Group are looking for a Self Employed (CIS Scheme) Plasterer to support with our continuing Projects. Our services consist of major planned refurbishment works, domestic and commercial, larger repairs & occasional responsive repairs. Due to the high demand and expanse off the company we are looking for several Plasterers in the South Wales and West region.
Duties & requirements
- Experience and proven track record as plasterer as main trade
- Must be confident in other trades such as basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating etc
- Current Health and Safety Training is required however we will consider candidates without on the basis that we will arrange for them to complete this on joining.
- All levels of experience will be considered we are keen to seek out those that are passionate about what they do and can deliver high quality workmanship.
- Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external Clients and customers.
- Maintain a safe environment for site staff and residents.
- Be smart in appearance as we are customer facing
- Business Qualifications & Experience
- Good organisational skills
- All levels of experience will be considered; we are keen to seek out those that are passionate about what they do and can deliver high quality workmanship.
- City in Guilds/NVQ or relevant experience is ideal but not mandatory.
- Ability to work under own initiative and under pressure and to work as part of team
- Full clean driving licence
- Ability to work closely with outside /contractors
