Whether you’re an experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready for your next challenge, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in the details and remain calm when the orders start coming in.
From making sure every dish leaves the kitchen looking and tasting its best to remembering that a regular guest always asks for extra gravy, you’ll understand that great food and memorable experiences are built on the small things.
You’ll take responsibility for your section, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver consistently high standards of food, service and kitchen safety.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes in line with agreed specifications and quality standards.

- Supporting the creation of exciting, commercially successful specials.
- Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver an efficient service, even during the busiest periods.
- Supporting and developing Commis Chefs by sharing your skills, knowledge and experience.
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and health and safety.
You’re a confident and enthusiastic chef who takes pride in producing great food. You work well under pressure, enjoy being part of a team and bring a positive attitude to every service.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to take the next step.
- Strong cooking skills gained within a busy kitchen environment.
- A passion for quality, presentation and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Creativity and an understanding of how to produce exciting, profitable dishes.
- The confidence to take responsibility for your section and support junior members of the team.
- A flexible, reliable and organised approach.
- The ability to remain calm, focused and positive under pressure.
Our rewards package includes:
- Career development through fully funded apprenticeships and our internal development programme.
- Access to employee rates, offering huge discounts on hotel stays around the globe!
- Attractive discounts across a variety of major retailers, restaurants and days out.
- 24/7 access to wellbeing, financial, and legal support through out Employee Assistance Programme.
A member of our recruitment team will be in touch to arrange a 15-minute phone conversation with shortlisted candidates. This will be an opportunity to learn more about the role and for us to understand your experience in more detail. If successful at this stage, you will be invited to meet with the Hiring Manager.
We review applications as they come in, so apply early to avoid missing out. We may close the role once we’ve found the right person.
