About the Role As a Key Account Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience—ensuring smooth onboarding, building strong relationships, and supporting operations through our internal systems. You’ll juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and help drive business growth with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key account admin and support outbound customer service
- Onboard new customers and nurture long-term relationships
- Administer shipments using DACHSER’s internal IT systems
- Maintain high standards while managing inboxes and responding to customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service
- Handle system admin tasks to support logistics processes
- Communicate shipment updates and issues using event management tools
- Accurately record activities for reporting and quality control
What We’re Looking For
- Proven customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Highly organised and able to multitask under pressure
- Comfortable using internal systems and logistics platforms
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Quick to learn new software
- Knowledge of customs/import/export procedures (a plus, not essential)
