Role Overview
As a Lead React Native Developer at Waracle, you will define squad-level technical architecture and strategy. You will serve as a technical leader, ensuring quality, security, and compliance across projects while fostering a psychologically safe, collaborative environment where your team can thrive. This role requires deep expertise in React Native, strong problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges, the ability to lead high-impact projects, and effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and with clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Technical Excellence: Define squad-level architecture and take accountability for technical delivery outcomes, ensuring high standards in security (e.g., OWASP) and data protection (GDPR).

Innovation & Growth: Use your expertise in React Native to build intelligent products, with the opportunity to influence our Go-To-Market strategy for new technical offerings.

Leadership & Mentorship: Leading a squad/project and being accountable for delivery; and ensuring a collaborative, safe environment for specialists to succeed.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate workshops to translate ambitious business goals into technical tasks, managing client expectations with clarity and purpose.

Experience in Flutter, iOS/Android, or ReactJS frontend development is not required but considered a valuable bonus.
